While still living in Mexico, every Valentine’s Day my friends and I used to celebrate with a gift exchange. On this visit to Mexico, I baked these cute cookies for my friends, even though I wouldn’t be around on February 14th. I couldn’t leave without giving them a small gift. I love them a lot, and as my friend Liz likes to say, “No matter the time or distance, true friendship survives.”

La técnica de Bordado de Cepillo (Brush Embroidery) es sin duda una de mis técnicas favoritas para decorar galletas.
Esta misma técnica la he utilizado no solamente para decorar galletas, también para decorar cupcakes y pasteles, esta decoración les da una presentación muy elegante a tus creaciones.
