In this tutorial I’ll teach you how to decorate Champagne Cookies using the wet – on – wet technique.
To decorate this cookie, you’ll need the following colors and consistencies of royal icing:
- Flood consistency royal icing: White and ivory
- Medium consistency royal icing: White
