I made these adorable Baptism Cookies for my Best friends baby a few weeks ago while I was in México. I wanted to make something cute and elegant that matched the dessert table she made and the center pieces she used in the tables.

To decorate these cookies, you’ll need the following colors and consistencies of royal icing:
- Flood consistency royal icing: White, blue and ivory
- Medium consistency royal icing: Blue and ivory
- Stiff consistency royal icing: Brown and white
