I prepared these cupcakes for Mother’s Day, but they’re great for celebrating any occasion!. These particular treats were a gift for my mother-in-law.
I decided to use a whipped cream frosting to achieve a lighter flavor and texture. I decorated them with royal icing roses, the tutorial for which you can find here.
