So beautiful!!! Why did you scratch the cookie before putting on the corn syrup? And will it eventually harden enough to stack? Thank you!

That’s for the syrup to be fully adhere on the cookie since dark royal icing is thick enough plus you can’t see it in the picture but it gives an effect of cracked heart, it hardens very fast within 2 min will be almost fully dry.
