Payment, Shipping & Refund Policy

As of this time we ship within U.S. only. No international orders

We currently accept payment through direct checkout and PayPal. Please note items are made to order, and will not start being made until payment is received.

Estimated Shipping times:

We need at least 5-7 days production time BEFORE they are ready to be packed! Once order has started production, it can not be cancelled.

Orders are shipped by USPS priority Mail unless requested otherwise, and are sent out 5-7 days before the date needed.

Your order is important to us and is packed with the utmost care. Cookies are individually sealed in a cellophane bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during the shipping process. However, once the package is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee there will not be breakage. Please order extra items to allow for breakage.

Customs & Important Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and important taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations:

All items are made to order and perishable. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once they start production. In addition, no refunds will be given due to breakage.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase a 10% deposit will be withheld from refund.
